How often will we meet?
To gain the maximum benefit of the therapeutic process, it is advisable for us to meet weekly. However, I can also provide sessions at other frequencies of your choosing eg. fortnightly, monthly or even on an adhoc basis.
How long will my sessions continue for?
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy.
Where will we meet?
Our face-to-face therapy sessions will take place in a modern and private meeting room at Longcroft House opposite Liverpool Street Station in Central London. My Mayfair based practice is at the Wellbeing Centre no. 58 South Molton Street which is just a couple of minutes' walk away from Bond Street Tube Station. My Islington based practice is located close to Angel Tube Station.
Are there facilities for disabled clients?
There is disabled access and a passenger lift at Longcroft House. My Mayfair and Islington based practises are unfortunately not accessible for disabled clients as there is no lift.
How does a therapy phone session work and how much does it cost?
You can initially make contact with me via phone or email. This initial contact is free. A session can then be booked for a time that is convenient for both of us. Alternatively, you can book and pay online for a session on this website.
The cost of a 1 hour therapy session is £35 and £20 for a 30 minute therapy session which you would pay for in advance online on this website at least 48 hours before our session. A requirement of international phone sessions is that the client would need to call me at the time of the session. Please note that I do not provide therapy phone sessions to anyone under 18 years old.
How does an online session work and how much does it cost?
You will initially make contact with me via phone or email. This initial contact is free. You will then send me an email explaining your issue (750 words max) to my secure encrypted email account, details of which I will give you. Although you can use your usual email account, you may prefer to use an encrypted email account if at all possible when sending me your email (Proton Mail is very easy to set up). You will receive an email acknowledgement confirming receipt of your email as soon as I receive it. I will then send you my therapeutic response email (of no less than 500 words) within 72 hours.
I use an encrypted email account called 'Proton Mail' to ensure our email content remains private. I will give you a password to access and decrypt your therapeutic email response. You can use your usual email account to view your response. The cost of our email exchange is £35 which you would pay for in advance online on this website at least 48 hours before I send my email response. Please note that I do not provide online therapy sessions to anyone under 18 years old.
Will our sessions be confidential?
